Zack was so helpful and kind. My daughter rented a unit for me and it sets pretty high off the ground. Zack went and got wooden steps from in front of another unit and brought them over so I could unload my items into my unit while I had help. He went above expectation. I recommend Go Store It for his customer service alone.
