I shared with her that I had just left another storage unit because of both hidden pricing and how they had spoken to me (like I was bothering them to be there to rent a storage unit). DuJuana could not have been more helpful (and so smart!) and she found the right unit for me at a very fair price. I will certainly encourage my friends and fellow workers to rent from her if or when needed. Give this lady a raise! ?

I went to 4 different storage facilities in a 3 mile radius or so and this one was the only one with quality service and decent amenities. The staff is super friendly and helped me out in a big way. Even stayed late to help me get set up. Fantastic service.

We stored our RV at Go Store It Self Storage for almost a year. It is a beautiful storage lot that is very well kept. There is a cute little pond right in the middle that is full or turtles. The whole lot is securily fenced in and there are security cameras. Every time we visited everything was upkept nicely and Jessica & DuJuana were great to work with. We will definitely rent again for our storage needs and I would highly recommend.

There customer service is great. When we got our storage the young lady was willing to show us our unit in the rain. There's positive energy in this facility.

I can't say enough about the professional yet friendly manner in which Brian assisted us in securing a storage unit. We started off with one unit and found we needed additional space. We were not able to get back to the facility before the office closed that day. Brian went above and beyond working with us over the phone, securing a 2nd unit very near our original unit! He went so far as to put our lock inside the new unit so we would have everything we needed when we arrived. EXCELLENT customer service from Brian and Courtney!
