This storage facility is hands down the absolute best that you will find anywhere around this area and maybe even in the entire Columbus area. Roger is the best and he is the friendliest most approachable person you'll ever have the pleasure to meet and also the rest of the staff too. They're always available and ready to help with any needs and they keep the entire facility super clean and secure plus their rates are also some of the best in the city, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for anyone who needs to store some things and never have to worry about if it's safe or not.

Could not do the exit survey - but we used this unit for 5 months with transitioning from our apartment to our house and it was great and convenient! Auto-Pay never worked for us, but honestly was not a hassle to call in and have them charge my card - overall great IMO if transitioning between places - cannot speak for longer terms such as yearly rates as I have not experienced that - so again as a transition unit - VERY helpful and nice!

He helped with our u-haul turn- in and handled every issue like a pro. He even had cold water and banana bread. The facility is very nice, clean and fairly priced. Obviously very well managed. Would rate 10 stars , if possible. Highly recommend!!!
