I called earlier in the day and spoke to Dustin about renting a unit. They closed at 6, and I told him I could be there before that. Unfortunately I was held late at work and walked in the door at 5:58 at GoStoreIt. Dustin was INCREDIBLY so kind and treated with me respect and never made me feel like I inconvenienced him even though I extended his work day. He showed me the unit, explained the locking mechanism, and went through the paperwork in high detail and answered any questions I had. Never rushed me or shorted me in any way. Super fantastic customer service, and it made me even more secure in my choice to use go store it for my items. Thanks again Dustin!
