The manager Crystal is the best! Super friendly, super helpful and always there for you. I have no complaints whatsoever with this storage facility. The indoor space which is what I have, has been appropriately cooled in the summertime and we're just now into winter time but it feels perfectly fine when I go in there too. I feel safe with my household goods in there... Furniture that's upholstered and such. At each sliding door entry there is a floor dolly that you can use to transport your heavier goods to your unit. They also have a broom handy so that when you're finished you can sweep out your space.

We had a great experience here. We were traveling from Maryland this past Saturday and arrived just a few minutes before closing time. We needed to get the gate code so we could access our storage unit on Sunday. The customer service was great! She welcomed us with a smile, walked us through the process, and brought us to the storage unit to view since we were unsure if the one we picked online would be big enough. She never rushed us or made us feel like we were bothering her. Even though at this point it was past closing hours, she still took her time to make sure we were comfortable. And as a bonus, the place was very clean and well maintained.

I've been storing (for business purposes) at Go Store It Leland at 9611 Blackwell Rd for over 3 years. Not only is the property clean and well-maintained, but the customer service is spot on! They are so responsive to email, so helpful with any questions or needs I've had. The facility temps are always well controlled. Can't say enough good things about this location. I highly recommend them for your storage needs and would definitely come back to do business with them again and again! 5-stars all the way!

Crystal was very caring about our situation and was less concerned about the sale, and more concerned about finding the best storage spot for us and our boat. Crystal made the move in process easy and painless. We moved in the same day we signed the contract. I highly recommend Go Store It-South on Blackwell Road. The spaces are large and can accommodate oversized vehicles, plus additional equipment if needed. The area to back in is spacious and makes parking easy for even less skilled drivers.

We arrived at opening on a Monday with no reservation and the movers moments behind us, needless to say my anxiety was in full speed. As soon as we arrived the manager greeted us at the door assuring us we had nothing to worry about she would get us situated in the correct size unit. We have never stored before and thought a 10x10 would be huge and fit our 26 foot moving truck that was full! Tara the office manager showed us a 10x10 and then across was a 10x20 we went with her recommendation of 10x20 and it was perfect. She helped us many times that day from helping keep our 2 year old Jada busy for a few moments to bringing us water while out in the sun assisting the movers. This place is super super clean inside and out, appears to be new and the customer service is through the roof. I was more than happy to leave this review and happy to recommend this store. Blessings!

They send out communication as needed, which I appreciate. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. The gated access gives additional peace of mind. I have a climate controlled unit, and have never had any issues. The hallways have automatic/motion sensor lighting. I am so glad I chose this location for my storage needs!

I recently closed my storage and she stepped in to make sure I had everything I needed to move out of my storage unit successfully and just made the process so much more smoother. Customer service is huge too me, it determines if I’ll do business with a company or not and DuJuana alone makes Go Storage a great place to do business with.
