I had a great experience with the Go Store It located near my home in Raleigh. Hank explained the rental process over the phone and let me know what documents I needed to bring when we met at the rental office. Hank made sure we could do the gate code and then showed us the rental space to make sure it was to our liking. He made the entire process easy and quick. Also, the monthly rental price was very competitive to other rental facilities in the area. I would highly recommend the Go Store It on Trinity Road and make sure you talk to Hank.

I am moving quickly and so being able to come and go as I need during their open hours is super efficient. The storage space seemed clean and it was cool when I first opened it up so I dont think humidity or any of that will be an issue. Overall super pleased with everything!

Sharon was great and really helped deliver a positive experience! Prior to my arrival I did the rental process electronically, completed the contracts and was given my gate code and unit number instantly via email. Previously with another company it was a similar process, there I never spoke to anyone the process was all remote. So thinking I had all I needed, I arrived after office hours, but before access hours ended thinking I could gain access no problem, but that was not the case here. I called the number on the door and thankfully Sharon was close by. She went above and beyond by staying late to help me get everything finalized and access to my unit that night. She did not have to do that after hours but she rocks so, thanks again Sharon! So far so good at Go Store It.

I recently rented a unit from Go-Store-It on Trinity Road, and had as good a rental experience as one could ask for. The manager, Sharon, is extremely friendly and professional, and was knowledgeable and efficient with the contract administration process. It's so nice to deal with someone that doesn't act like she is doing you a favor to do her job well. The site is clean and the drive aisles seem to be wider between the buildings than most other storage facilities I have used in the past. I chose this storage facility at first because of the location, and there are several facilities available in the area, but I would highly recommend this facility because of the management.
