How to Rent Your Storage Unit
How do I rent or reserve a storage unit?
You’ll rent or reserve your storage unit through our website, on the phone, or by visiting your local Go Store It location in person. From there, our team will provide you with the next steps.
Paying for Your Storage Unit
How do I pay for my storage unit?
You have the ability to pay for your storage unit through our online payment portal. If you would rather pay for your unit in another way, we also accept payments in person.
Is there a deposit required?
No. A deposit is not required for you to rent or reserve your storage unit.
Are autopay services available on my storage unit?
Autopay services are available here at Go Store It. While setting up your account with us, you’ll be able to set up automatic payments for your unit.
Security, Features, and Amenities
Will my belongings be secure?
At Go Store It, we’re committed to keeping your belongings secure under our care. We provide several safety features on our units, such as surveillance cameras, to help provide peace of mind.
Who else can access my storage unit?
That depends on you. With your own lock and key, you get to determine who has access to your unit and who doesn’t.
Are climate-controlled storage units available?
Yes! We do have climate-controlled storage units available at several of our locations. Our units come in a variety of sizes for commercial and residential storage purposes.
