Go Store It Expands Storage Footprint in Nashville
Franklin, TN (Dec. 4, 2023) – Go Store It Self-Storage (GSI), a leading self-storage provider and an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, has broken ground on a Class A self-storage facility in Franklin, Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville. Expected to open in Fall 2024, it will provide residents and businesses with over 1,000 climate-controlled and secure self-storage units across 109,000 square feet.
Under the Madison Capital Group and Go Store It umbrella, the project located at 2406 Goose Creek Bypass is a collaboration between general contractor BenCo Construction and architect Smith Gee Studio to deliver a state-of-the-art storage facility that will benefit existing and future residents of Franklin.
