First and foremost, what sold me on the facility was the Go Store It representative, Odette. She has been the most accommodating, helpful, resourceful, and just an all-around genuine human being. The facility itself is brand new and clean. The outdoor-accessible spaces get warm but not hot--even in the Florida summer--due to 1) the well-placed east/west positioning of the building itself so that the sun never directly faces any of the doors, and 2) the heat sinks along the outer walls which deflect and disperse heat from the building. The indoor units are cool and keep more fragile belongings (leather/wood furniture/accessories, or any other heat-sensitive items) from warping/damage. A clean storage facility, centrally located, easily accessible (our 18 wheeler semi got in and out no problem), and good ppl. Definitely earns 5 stars in our book!

Not only was the price right, but the facility was well maintained, the climate controlled areas were actually climate controlled and not humid or stuffy, hallways are very well lit, floors are clean and customer service is great (thank you Odette!). It’s customary for prices to increase after a while but hope it’s not too soon because we’d feel like it’s a bait-and-switch. We’d still prefer this location as long as the prices don’t get too crazy.

We are beyond grateful for this company and the outstanding customer service we received when everything was going wrong. It’s safe and secure and so clean! To take it a step further, after exhausted of moving I accidentally forgot to put the lock back on and they did a walk through and found my unit out of all of them was missing a lock in no time and secured it for me until I was able to come back and put my lock on it.
