She gave me a tour of the very clean property and pointed out key perks of the property. I liked the property so much I decided to apply for a job. I had a horrible experience with Budget where I reserved a pickup that ended up being unavailable. I had 1 day to move all my belongings from Suwanee to Druid Hills and I was very stressed. I called Go Store It and Ally answered. She was AMAZING!! She got me a 10 ft truck that was half the price of the pickup truck rental that fell through AND managed to hold one that had a full gas tank which was extremely helpful during the gas shortage. She also made a point to get me the box truck because it was raining. She saved my move, my money, and my peace. I also work in customer service and her skills and dedication are above and beyond. Get that girl a raise!

We were SO lucky to find Go Store It at a time when we were about to pay double for a storage unit at Extra Starage or Public Storage. Bella and Heatherann were sent from heaven! Today was a rainy day for me and my family but we stopped over at our storage to gather a few things. Heather Anne and Bella in the office were very nice and helpful . The facility and restrooms are always very nice and clean. The decorations they have in the office definitely put me and my family in the halloween spirit! If you are needing a clean, friendly place to store your belongings this is a 10/10 for me!!

We were able to swiftly get our paperwork completed and our Climate-controlled unit setup. What I like most about this Suwanee location is the easy access off I-85, the climate controlled units, and the availability of carts.

We were very satisfied when we visited Go Store It and rented a storage locker. The area was clean and well kept and easily accessible. And the best part was the monthly cost which was far more affordable and the buildings were new. We would easily recommend Go Store It. Now we will see if indeed our optimism is warranted for the long haul. One note: parking for new customers could be greatly improved.
