Calvin and Nick are always a huge help anytime I visit storage. Their customer service is great, and they’re always helpful, attentive, and present. I haven’t had a negative experience here. The only small Complaint is I wish there were more carts outside and that sometimes it’s hard to control because of the customers not the staff. Other than that, I would highly recommend go store it.

I’ve been at this facility for a year now, and as time progressed, I’ve seen many previous problems with the facility get resolved. The people here are amazing at the Quincy go store itself storage they helped me out big time backdated my payment because I was supposed to have it out by a certain date but because the program I had didn't pay for my movers like they were supposed to I couldn't move on the 1st and thought I was going to have to pay for the whole month they backdated it two days for me so I didn't have to pay the storage cost. The pay rates are great for the storage units that they have and their facility is clean. They have a beautiful waiting area with tables and chairs the help is wonderful thank you so much for helping me out I will definitely tell all my friends about you

The facility itself is big and organized, there is a loading dock where you can back up a moving vehicle and unload. The elevators could use some cleaning though. Someone ALWAYS picks up the phone which is so very rare in today’s world. 10/10 - highly recommend ??

Great management! Great prices! Great facility! I called one weekend because I mistakenly thought I was calling a different facility lol but ended up renting from these guys because they were super professional over the and had great prices for a 10 x 10 . The manager answered a ton of questions. The building conveniently has access through an interior garage with an elevator, as well as access to drive around the back. The hours of access exceed the hours that the office is open by a good bit so you can get in and out early and late during the day. Each time I’m there, the managers are on top of customer service as well facility security (cameras). Sometimes it’s difficult to find a cart (need more) and there was an elevator not working for a week or two but other than that I’ve had no issues and would recommend this facility.

The Reception area is comparable to a mid level hotel with free WiFi, a Conference Room and a generous lounge area and work stations with plug ins for laptops, toilets etc and friendly and efficient receptionists. Loading area is enclosed and immediately adjacent to elevator. Some dolly carts are provide although they could do with a few more. Renters get a personal key code so they can access their units outside of regular office hours. Highly recommend!!
