In 2023 I find it difficult to find top notch customer service experiences. Too often employees don’t even smile or accommodate your needs. That’s definitely not the story here at Go Store it Concord!! Sharon is wonderful. She went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and were set up for move in right away. Best part … she left and came back with a roller cart for us that saved us a bunch of muscle and time in our move in. Thank you Sharon!!! Today was a tough day and you made it so much better!

Reserved online since they did a 1st month free which was better than another storage I just bought. move in was great they have climate controlled storages as well as outside they only charge for the storage, admin fee is $20, and insurance which is really good and cheap $11 for $2000 is a deal since I do not have a bunch of valuables in storage. will definitely refer people to this. Great customer service too.

I actually feel welcomed and wanted here. I really wish there were more carts to use, though. Every time I come to move some stuff in the 2 carts they have available are already being used and I have a lot of heavy stuff to unload. Robbie helped me unload some of my stuff one day, which is what I mean by great service! I never would have gotten this kind of help anywhere else.
