I met with Miss Pat to rent a space. I have to say, I really ENJOYED the process! She took time to show me the 2 spaces I wanted to compare. She printed the contract because my computer was frozen so I could sign in the office. She answered ALL my questions and clearly discussed the terms and costs. I really enjoyed the process and am so glad I rented at Go Store.

Roger assisted our unit acquisition and was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He made the process quick and easy (an applause worthy achievement when you consider i am notoriously slow!). Definitely recommend to anyone looking for spacious, clean storage at a fair price with friendly, helpful staff!

Staff is very helpful and friendly, facility is clean and well maintained. The prices compared to competitors and other locations are great. Even on a Sarurday I have no trouble getting in and out of my unit. The security system is unique but effective and i feel my items are safe.

The guy who handled everything for me was AMAZING. I really wish I remembered his name, called me soon after I reserved the unit online and waiting with me in the phone while I downloaded and signed everything that was needed. The faculty is extremely secure with all Bluetooth locks and elevators and cameras at every corner. Highly recommend.

This place is a cut above the others in the industry. There are your typical storage facilities out in the middle of an industrial park, looking run down and slightly seedy, all outdoor units, with a dumpster at the entrance full of old ripped couches and sagging mattresses. Then there are the more suburban facilities that are brightly lit, yes, but the front desk is manned by a high school kid who could care less about customer service. Then there are the rare few places like this one. Calvin, the owner, obviously takes pride in his business and his facility. The building is climate controlled and spotless, has moving carts available, and the place is wired with security cameras and all kinds of digital security tech. Calvin remembers your name and is quick to help out if you’re struggling. The price is great, and he doesn’t force you to use his locks or his insurance. There are several different sizes of units, some which you couldn’t find elsewhere (4x8, or 10x5). Overall I recommend this business enthusiastically to anyone.

I really like the security setup. As a past victim from a storage unit being burglarized, security is my top concern. Despite irresponsible tenants leaving the front doors wide open, you cannot access any floors you do not rent space on. I really appreciate the availability of the moving dollys, it really helps and is a great perk of renting here. Highly recommend this facility.

Secondly, the building was spotless! Very clean and I felt this was a great place to store my belongings . I will be renting this unit till March as I need to look for a home. I used this storage unit for about a year while I was on clinical rotations throughout the country, and it was smooth, easy to use, clean, and I knew my belongings were safe and in a controlled environment. It was also relatively affordable for being on a student budget, especially given the security and high end technology. Would recommend to anyone in the Columbus area!
