This is my second year storing all my belongings for the summer break at Go Store It. I am a student at CofC, and this place is conveniently located close to campus. It's a nice, newish facility that is clean, very secure, and temperature-controlled. No mold appeared on my stuff after a hot, steamy summer. The best part is Lisa, the property manager. She is so very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to students looking for storage options.

I’ve had such a great experience with this storage facility! I’ve had 4 different storage units over the past 6 months as my needs have changed and all of them have been in great condition. Lisa is super helpful and great to work with. She’s helped me figure out which size unit I need and helped me balance size and price. The facilities are clean and feel very safe. I’ve never had any issues with security. The price is very reasonable, especially for the location. All in all, I’m very happy with my experience and will continue to recommended this location!

I found this new location with a quick google search and saw it was easy to get to, close to the space we were moving out of, and reasonably priced. Once I reserved a space I got a call from Lisa to sort through the details. She was so helpful in not only choosing a space but coordinating times, answering all my questions, and giving me all the details I needed come move-in day. The day of, Lisa was there waiting to greet us, showed me two spaces that she thought could work, and was so accommodating as we moved our items in (plus they have huge elevators and carts to help move more items at once so you don't have to make a ton of trips!). This building is gorgeous, brand new, and very well maintained. I feel very safe leaving our items there as the security was top-notch. The units were easily accessible, clean, and perfect for what we needed. So glad I found this and definitely recommend using them for your storage needs!

Anthony, who runs it, is an exceptionally competent manager who has the answers to any need or questions you might have. The facility itself is splendid. Easy, wide access with your truck, dollies are available to help move you in, the halls are wide enough and there’s an elevator right there where you unload should you rent a space on an upper floor. Just as important, Anthony is a pleasure to deal with and has an accommodating nature. This by far has been the best experience I’ve had. I’ve moved a lot in my life. Go Store It beats the other 8 facilities in the world that I’ve used. Thank you Go Store It, Walnut St., Charleston!
