We were contemplating 2 different sizes and Lisa helped us decide on which size to go with by allowing us to view the units. Lisa was helpful and pleasant. Some things that drew us to this storage unit is it’s unique location, the fact that it is temperature controlled, and entry is secure with a key-code. Very happy with the unit. I was a little confused on what size unit I would need so Lissa was very patient and showed 4 different sizes to see which one would better suit our needs. We finally decided on a size and after that it was easy. Lisa made the process simple and easy. The facility is neat and clean and the carts make it easier to transfer our belongings.
