This place has the most streamline process ever. I called, spoke with Ashley, we had selected my unit and had everything finished in five minutes. I’m not joking. Very happy do be aware this place is like all the others and will jack up your rates at the six month mark.

Made a call to the virtual office, they were super kind and helpful I did the entire thing sitting in the parking lot and in less than 10 minutes my storage unit was issued and I had a code to access the locker. Real nice process. I was very pleased with the storage unit also for the price. Very neat, clean and efficient. Very happy with the service! Would definitely recommend.

From the time we called, arrived to GoStoreIt to look at the different storage units and rented a unit we can gladly say we have found CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN!!! Teresa and Melanie are real jewels! Watching their interactions with others and our experience prove they are concerned the customer receives the best attention and the best unit. The facilities are clean and the drives between the outdoor units are extremely wide. There are (2) different accesses giving great flexibility to the storage. Flat carts are available to move your belongings to your storage unit. We have access 7 days a week to our unit between 6am to 10pm. All of this at a very affordable price!

I only had my items here for a short period while in between moves but the facility was clean and easy to access. They have carts to rent which was very helpful, but just watch the office hours because while the facility can be accessed later in the day, the carts can only be grabbed during office hours.

Giving up the space was like saying good-bye to family. My unit was on the second floor of the climate controlled building. Even though the place has been in business for many years, each unit looks brand new. I was there under 2 years and my space was quite clean when I swept it out. Give Teresa or Melanie a call. I had a really good experience with go store it and continue to do so. Moving is hard enough by itself but to have a polite and helpful experience with your storage freaky makes you think everything is going to be OK. I got the 1st month free so when I realized the one I had was just to small I had to go up a size. They still had the special so I received that unit with the 1st month free also. Because of that I had 2 unit first month free. Didn't pay but a few bucks and I had all of July to move my stuff from the smaller unit to the bigger one. Climate control. Can't beat that deal. Thank you go store it.
