Refund Policy: No Refunds on rental payments made under for under 30 days of rent. Refunds will only be for prepayments over 30-days for used rent months.
Go Store It SMS Terms of Service
These SMS Terms of Service govern participation in Go Store It SMS and text messaging programs. They supplement the general Go Store It Terms and Conditions and apply to each specific SMS program or campaign for which a recipient provides consent.
1. Program Description
Go Store It may offer one or more SMS or MMS messaging programs. Depending on the program you choose to join, messages may include information about Go Store It services, Third-Party Management offerings, requested property analysis or business-development follow-up, promotions, events, company updates, meeting or appointment reminders, and other communications described at the time of opt-in.
Your consent applies only to the SMS program or campaign for which you specifically opted in. Participation in one SMS program does not automatically enroll you in unrelated messaging programs.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By voluntarily opting in to a Go Store It SMS program, you authorize Go Store It to send recurring or non-recurring SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provided, using automated or other messaging technology as permitted by applicable law.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, service, or entering into a management relationship with Go Store It.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the specific program, the communications you requested, and your interactions with Go Store It. Some programs may send recurring messages. The frequency applicable to a particular campaign may also be described in the opt-in disclosure.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Go Store It does not charge a separate fee for participating in an SMS program, but your wireless carrier may charge you according to your mobile plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may cancel SMS messages from a Go Store It program at any time by replying STOP.
After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive recurring SMS messages from that program unless you later provide new consent.
If you participate in more than one Go Store It SMS program, you may need to opt out separately from each program, depending on how the programs are administered.

7. Delivery and Carrier Availability
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and other service providers and may be affected by factors outside Go Store It’s control.
Go Store It may change the telephone number or short code used for an SMS program. If that occurs, we may provide notice as appropriate. Opt-out instructions should be followed using the number from which the applicable messages are sent.
8. Privacy
Go Store It handles information associated with its SMS programs in accordance with the Go Store It SMS Privacy Policy and general Privacy Policy.

9. Program Changes or Termination
Go Store It may modify, suspend, or terminate an SMS program, or modify these SMS Terms of Service, at any time subject to applicable law. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or other notice when required.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Go Store It is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, transmission errors, service interruptions, or other problems caused by wireless carriers, telecommunications networks, messaging platforms, device settings, or circumstances outside Go Store It’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these SMS Terms of Service limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing Terms
These SMS Terms of Service supplement the general Go Store It Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict concerning participation in an SMS program, these SMS Terms of Service control with respect to the SMS program, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
