I was so nervous about putting my antique furniture into a storage unit because I have heard stories of stuff getting damaged. When I found this property I went in person to check it out and the lady showing me (Michelle I believe) around took time to answer all of my questions. I have had my stuff there for almost a year and I love it. I would recommend this place to everyone especially in NC because of how hot the summers get. Having a climate controlled unit is a must. My furniture is still in perfect condition and I have peace of mind knowing its in good hands.

I have been a tenant here for some time now and even though I live a good 45 minutes away, I have never worried about my belongings in my unit or the security of the property. I call to check on my unit often and Michelle always assures me my stuff is well and is very informative with updates. I recommend the climate control units!

Previously at another “mom and pop” storage location and was in desperate need of a much larger climate controlled unit. Decided to look into GO STORE IT to see if they had any units available. Went in and spoke with “Michelle”. She was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable of units and the availability, explained fees and charges. Seeing the security screen display, it’s a very comforting feeling to know the security cameras are not only on the exterior but the interior corridors as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. Prices are very real reasonable and “Michelle” made us feel very welcome as customers.

The staff is very responsive, knowledgable, professional, and helpful in finding the right unit. My experience being helped by Don was very pleasant. I feel like I'm in good hands with my storage needs and I'm glad I chose this location.

Don W. Was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable throughout our interactions. The unit was clean and access to the site is easy. One issue we had. We signed up for a unit on line and over the labor day weekend so we could move our stuff during this off time. The GoStoreIt office was also closed and you need an office employee to assign your access code to enter the facility, an oversight on my part. Fortunately i was able to get a temp access code from the lady on the after hours help line. She saved the weekend.

Good, clean, climatized is actually climatized, no damage or leaking, well lit, safe! If you need to spend the money for a storage unit, this is the place. The location is convenient and the prices are very reasonable. And Don makes it super easy and is friendly and helpful. He checks things constantly. Our ‘stuff’ was in good hands! Would recommend and use them again!

We had a temperature controlled storage unit here for over 3 years. It was always accessible, clean and when we had to visit the office the people there were always pleasant. There were never concerns of safety of our unit. We gave our notice this month and Don helped with a few of the final details. Would recommend storing here.

When I moved to NC I had a large U-haul with too much stuff to fit in my new home. I returned the truck here after unloading it into a climate controlled unit. The staff were very kind and nice - they offered cold water and great conversation. I slowly went through all my stuff and did not worry about its safety. I would recommend this place for U-Haul or for storing things long term.

I had a wonderful experience at this facility. I had to rent a unit and I didn’t want to come in to the store because of Covid (I am very high risk). Keith was extremely helpful and completed the rental over the phone and through email. He was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place, they go above and beyond and made the whole thing so easy. Thank you Keith you are the best!
