We signed up for a unit on line and over the labor day weekend so we could move our stuff during this off time. The GoStoreIt office was also closed and you need an office employee to assign your access code to enter the facility, an oversight on my part. Fortunately i was able to get a temp access code from the lady on the after hours help line. She saved the weekend.

We had a temperature controlled storage unit here for over 3 years. It was always accessible, clean and when we had to visit the office the people there were always pleasant. There were never concerns of safety of our unit. We gave our notice this month and Don helped with a few of the final details. Would recommend storing here.

When I moved to NC I had a large U-haul with too much stuff to fit in my new home. I returned the truck here after unloading it into a climate controlled unit. The staff were very kind and nice - they offered cold water and great conversation. I slowly went through all my stuff and did not worry about its safety. I would recommend this place for U-Haul or for storing things long term.

Keith was extremely helpful and completed the rental over the phone and through email. He was so friendly and helpful.
