Barbara & Rose are the best. They really helped make my experience nice & easy. They keep the facility very clean. They explain everything & I trust my stuff there, knowing these two ladies are on the ball and watching the premises. They make sure that the customer is oriented to the facility and explain the rules, paperwork, hours, entry, exit & the procedure of what you are signing. I had a smooth process with peace of mind leaving my stuff in good hands. They have good communicator & follow through.

Barbara and Rose were absolutely incredible! Due to a death in the family that had items stored there, they were so helpful in walking us thru the process and protocol of how we needed to do things. When we had met all the criteria, we travelled the 70 miles from our home to open and deal with the items in the unit. Again, they were so helpful from helping us to donate items we couldn't use, helping us locate a truck (as there was more than we expected) and just overall bending over backwards to make this transition as smooth as possible! Their willingness to go above and beyond was truly appreciated. We were also very happy with the facility and the cleanliness of it. Truly a great experience for a time that wasn't so great!
