This review is in regards to the Go it self storage location at 1906 Bishop Road. I initially attempted to get a storage unit at another location and was very disappointed with the lack of friendliness and professionalism by the representatives there. They stated that their third party gave misinformation. But they didn't try to be accommodating in spite of it. But it wasn't till I came across Rhonda at the location on Bishop Road that I experienced great customer service, understanding and compassion. She should be given a raise! Because of her, I'd give a positive referral of this company. Thank you.

They provide furniture dollies which was a huge help and the place is safe and taken care of. After researching the area, this seems to be the most cost-effective storage facilities out of the rest.
