My lady reviewed a storage unit here for approximately two years. The grounds were always clean and the store vehicles were parked very orderly. The storage unit was safe, spacious, and clean. The staff was always very helpful. Closeout was a very easy process.

The staff (Renie & Teresa) at the Courthouse Rd. office were great! After touring the facilities I knew this was the place to store my items (office opened 7 days per week, clean, excellent security, and very good prices). I am moving from another storage company that was bought out and the new management just suck.

I love this storage. We keep all of our clients here. Clean and safe which was our biggest concerns.

I rented a space in the old Sears building in Newport News/Hampton VA. The units are new. Very clean and climate controlled. Easy access and I feel safe going there by myself. Couldn't ask for more. Tiana Broughton, the manager, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She was great! AND these units are less expensive than most of the less desirable units in the area. I even rented a space somewhere else and paid for a month's rent. I cancelled, even though I lost that month's rent, and rented one at Go Store It. Much happier with it!!

First impression: one of the nicest storage facilities that I've been to, would recommend.
