When the dolly accidentally bumped the door and pulled it off the tracks, she was understanding, patient and kind. She made me feel better, as I was having anxiety about it being permanently broken. Jan was able to get the door back on the tracks within 2 minutes. As well, when I was having a very stressful day, she gave me a hug and looked something up for me on the phone. Update on our storage we just finished with our storage and we were still very pleased with it. The staff is always amazing and we had plenty of room for a house of furniture. This facility is clean, secure, and easy to access for large vehicles (e.g. moving truck). I kept my items in a 10x10 unit for over a year with absolutely zero issues. Staff was able to answer any question I may have had during my time renting a unit. No fees that weren't explained to me ahead of time. The only change in price that occurred was at the start of 2020 my rate went up an extra $10/mo, but I was made aware this could happen when I signed my lease.

Shannon and Randall treated me to a world class experience when I came in today to view a unit. I was so taken with their care and authenticity that I leased one out, even though there’s one 20 minutes closer to home. You see, the day before I went to check out Prime Storage in Asheville, NC on Bleachery Boulevard and had a terribly stressful experience, thus I looked further from home at Go Store It in Arden, NC, and I’m very glad I did.
