I've never really been a person compelled to write a review. It takes a very special experience. And with Bryan at Go Store It I felt a renewed level of customer service. I had a very complicated moving situation and with ease, he reduced all of the stress and road blocks that I had been running into with other storage companies. I was so thrilled to have spoken with Bryan, he continuously has made a generous effort, including recommending qualified people to help me move into the unit. He has an authentic kindness, a quality that I have not experienced in customer service in a long time. He truly wants to make sure his customers get what they need and accommodate them as much as he can. Not only that, but the storage site and unit is well taken care of.
