I am more than pleased with this company. From the online person that helped me get a reservation to the young man that got me signed to my unit. The unit was clean, easily accessible and climate controlled. In my search for a unit that met my needs I did not find anything that was as nice, available and in my price range as this place. Thank you for making this one aspect of a very stressful move from Atlanta to Asheville so easy. I will definably use this place again should the need arise in the future.

My partner and I got our unit yesterday and David was incredibly kind and thorough with the process of renting our unit. Great staff and super informative. Location is set perfectly in west AVL. We got a climate controlled unit which has 2 separate doors of entry, Carts for use to transport your items, and locks/packing materials available for purchase at the office. They additionally have the option for autopay to make your rent payments seamless. Definitely will be renting my unit from them for a while and would definitely rent from them again in the future.

We had an awesome experience here. Needed a place to store our entire household for a month during a move. Jeff got us all moved in and accommodated us so well, as we kept needing to add more units! While we were out of town looking for a place to move, the new manager, David, noticed one of our locks wasn't on correctly. He immediately called me and took care of the whole thing. He was very helpful as we moved out and even brought water to our moving guys. Wow! Thanks, David. You guys really provide great service! Thank you!

Both Sam and Aaron helped me went above and beyond for whatever I needed and assisting in making it an overall smooth process. Moving is already such a hassle and stressful but Sam helped make it less stressful and was quick to answer any and all of my questions! Although a drop in visit was incomplete due to the Covid 19 restrictions, after setting up a call and time, Doug was efficient, answered all my questions including one about humidity settings for which he had to inquire at HQ, and showed me several units so I could better fit my 'stuff' into the appropriate volume. He was even able to guide me to a lower cost unit, and the paperwork was efficiently done by electronic signature. Whole effort in less than one hour. The facility has four levels of drive-in lobbies (one per floor), so no elevators needed. Temp runs 60 winter to 80 summer high, humidity around 50-55%, fire suppression is zoned (so the entire floor doesn't get flooded should fire break out in one locker). The lockers I viewed all had full width doors so no hassle getting stuff into or out of the deeper reaches. Hours for access are quite satisfactory, and personnel are present most of usual work hours for problem solving. A central operator can be reached from the door for after hours problems.
