I have been very happy with the customer care I have received from Go Store It on 181 Chrisantos Ave in Fort Mill. I have spoken repeated with John and he has taken the time to answer all of my questions for delivery access to the unit since I am out of state and cannot physically see the unit. This last time I have called back I spoke with Danielle and she answered all of my questions regarding my contract and the insurace associated with the contract. Both John and Danielle have been very helpful and knowledgeable and kind.

Nice little storage space. The site seemed pretty secure with a fence and a security code gate. The place was very clean. The unit I went to was easy to access. It was pretty tight between the buildings and the pavement was uneven due to the slope of the ground but my truck had no problem
