Awesome Service! The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful over the phone. She answered all my questions (which I had many questions) she was courteous the entire call. I went in person to pay because I wanted to buy the lock from them. I am going thru a stressful time and I had a lot on my mind. She made me laugh and turned my day around to a positive vibe!! She went over everything and asked if I wanted to walk up and see the unit first. I will definitely recommend this facility! They get 10 ??’s out of 5!!!! I can only share good news about Go Store It in Castle Hayne. The gentleman who assisted me was Max. He was very thorough with all the information I needed to make the right decision. He escorted me through the gates and showed me the available units in my price range. The entire rental process took mere minutes. The office building and the premises (not including the new building under construction) were clean and inviting and NOT trash-littered.
