Clean, cool & comfortable. Always felt safe there - not so at other storage facilities. I was given a handicap accessible unit and that was so helpful.

Doug was great and made the process of getting our second unit quick and easy! I will recommend GoStoreIt!!

I visited on a Saturday afternoon; there was only one person working. The office space contained some moving supplies, if they were needed. The person working, when I visited, was Heather and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the place, the storage units available, and how to get to them. Because she was alone, that afternoon, she had to lock the office while she took me to see 3 sizes of units on two different levels. We came immediately back to the office, where I rented the unit. The prices were optional, depending on the size and how far from the loading/unloading door; there were 2 or 3 three platform dollies on each level for people to use; and their prices seemed commiserate with other storage places. The prices they offered on the levels of insurance were about the same as other companies, as well. I am looking forward to working with them.

Manager is easy to deal with and it’s a very clean faculty ( basically brand new). Units are conditioned. It is NOT a drive up facility. You have to park (which may sometime be tight due to limited parking) and walk or dolly your belongings up to 50 yds from facility door to unit. It worked great for us as a temporary place for our house full of furniture. Would use again.

I was loading things into my unit the same day. Super easy and convenient. Because the building is on a hill, all units are 'ground floor' - no need for an elevator.

I found the rental process straight forward. They have climate controlled units and drive up access to the doors.
